DELIVERY TIME
Purchased products will be delivered exclusively from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Area delivery time:
– Delivery in Italy: within 5 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated on the website during holidays and company vacation;
– Delivery abroad: within 15 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated on the website during holidays and company vacation;
– GUGLIELMINA uses the best couriers. However, it does not take responsibility for any delay in product delivery due to courier logistical problems or circumstances beyond all control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Within Italy, products are delivered free-of-charge, by couriers trusted by GUGLIELMINA.
For deliveries abroad, but within the EU, shipping will be carried out by couriers trusted by GUGLIELMINA; shipping charges are automatically calculated, once the country of destination has been entered.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties are at recipient’s charge; the courier indicated by GUGLIELMINA will provide the relative invoice upon product delivery.

PACKAGING INSPECTION
Upon delivery, the recipient is required to inspect the packaging to make sure it is intact, not damaged, wet or altered in any way.
If there is any form of damage, the courier must be made aware immediately before he leaves the premises.
Once the parcel has been signed for, without indicating any claim on the delivery note, no complaint will be accepted regarding the exterior conditions of the parcel.
According to Art. 1510 of the C.C., regarding purchases to be shipped, GUGLIELMINA is not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the courier.
According to the law, the responsibility of GUGLIELMINA ends the moment the package is consigned to the courier. The goods travels at the risk of the receiver. However, GUGLIELMINA offers maximum assistance in resolving any problem.

INSPECTION OF THE GOODS WITHIN THE PARCEL
In the case of non-conformity of the goods ordered with those received, GUGLIELMINA must be informed immediately by email, at the following address: customerservices@guglielmina.it

SHIPPING HOLD
In case of failed delivery, after two delivery attempts, GUGLIELMINA reserves the right to recall the package within 3 working days, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
